Το έργο Under My Skin γεννήθηκε ως απάντηση σε μια μετάβαση. Σε μια νέα εποχή που δεν έρχεται αθόρυβα, αλλά μέσα από ρωγμές, επανασυνδέσεις και την επίμονη ανάγκη να συνεχίσει κάτι να λειτουργεί από μέσα.
Under My Skin was born as a response to transition.
To a new era that does not arrive quietly, but through fractures, reconnections, and the persistent need for something within us to keep functioning.
Θυμίζει οργανισμό σε εξέλιξη. Η ζωή παράγεται και ταξιδεύει μέσα από καλωδιωμένο φλεβικό σύστημα, στους νευρόνες και τα όργανα απλώνοντας ρίζες. Οι ρίζες δεν είναι παθητικές. Αναζητούν έδαφος, επιμένουν, επεκτείνονται.
It resembles an organism in progress. Life is generated and circulates through a wired, vein-like system, moving through neurons and organs, extending itself as roots. These roots are not passive. They seek ground, they insist, they expand.
Πεταλούδες : μεταμόρφωση , αλλά και υπενθύμιση ότι η αναγέννηση δεν είναι ποτέ στατική. Είναι μια διαδικασία που απαιτεί κίνηση, ενέργεια, φθορά. Η ζωή εδώ δεν είναι φυσική ή τεχνητή. Είναι υβριδική. Όπως και η εποχή που βιώνουμε.
Butterflies appear as a sign of transformation, and as a reminder that regeneration is never static. It is a process that demands movement, energy, and wear. Life here is neither purely natural nor artificial. It is hybrid, much like the era we are living in.
Το Under My Skin σχεδιάστηκε ειδικά για αυτή τη νέα εποχή του coocoon.
Σαν φοίνικας που γεννιέται μέσα από τις στάχτες του, υπενθυμίζει τη δύναμη που παραμένει ενεργή, ακόμη κι όταν όλα μοιάζουν εύθραυστα. Για εκείνο το εσωτερικό σύστημα που επιμένει να αναγεννάται, να επανασυνδέεται, να ζει.
Δεν είναι ένα έργο για να το δεις απ’ έξω. Είναι ένα έργο που συμβαίνει μέσα σου
Under My Skin was created specifically for this new chapter of coocoon. Like a phoenix emerging from its own ashes, it recalls the force that remains active even when everything feels fragile. It speaks to an inner system that persists in regenerating, reconnecting, and surviving.
This is not a work meant to be observed from the outside.
It is a work that takes place within you.
